(patch) add lm pie menu

this patch adds an "Add Landmark" option at "9'o'clock" to the land pie menu and the self pie menu. For the latter "Friends" is now one entry together with "Groups" at 1'o'clock, which in my opinion is no loss for both did actually open different tabs on the same floater.

    I've added this to 1.1.0, but left out the change to menu_pie_self.xml, as creating landmarks really doesn't fit in with the other options, and "Friends + Groups" is a poor label. I think a better solution would probably be to combine the Friends and Groups menu entries into one, labeled "Contacts," with the viewer remembering which Contacts tab was open last (which would also slim down the regular menu a bit, too). Feel like adding another patch for that?
