Imprudence quits when no active internet connection

Repro steps:
* Disable internet connection
* Run Imprudence
* Observe: alert saying "internet connection required" and quit button
See LoginFailedNoNetwork in llstartup.cpp.

Do we have a set way to check if they're logging into a local sim yet?

The alert pops up immediately, before you try to login? If so, I think we should just disable it. There are plenty of other alerts during the login phase that would let the user know there's a network problem/no connection.

Ugh. Okay, thanks to the logout changes it doesn't actually quit the viewer anymore, but if you let the login screen load and try to login--even to localhost--without an active internet connection, the viewer crashes.
