Add custom busy mode UI

Emerald has a really nice feature where you can set a custom "busy" text when someone starts typing in your IM box, as well as other scenarios. It's a basic preferences field right now, but could be quite useful as a combox+options in the friends list, which opens up the possibility of using presets (which are pretty much the standard way to go in IM clients).
Also, apparently it steals focus in Emerald. We should fix
that.
