Copyright / license information for viewer artwork

We need to make a text file for the copyright and licensing information for the viewer artwork, skins, etc. I believe they are CC-BY-SA, so this is actually a requirement of distributing them.

Nevermind, we'll just package up the one LL made, LICENSE-logos.txt. But call it LICENSE-artwork.txt
