Newly created notecards don't have obvious Save option

Repro:
- Inventry menu > Create new notecard
- Type some random text
- Select "Keep"
- Observe: you're asked if you want to Save changes
- Click "Save"
- Observe: notecard is still open, showing only Keep/Discard options.
- Click "Keep" to close the notecard.
- Reopen it again.
- Observe: only button is now "Save"
These should really be just Save/Discard, with a prompt to ignore/save changes only if you click the close button.
