Create new artwork package

We should have our own art package (zip) so that we can include new / changed stuff. See also #134

hm, maybe rather a thing for the LL pjira, but anyway:
I loved if the directory structure was like:
because I could just ln -s artwork and save gazilobytes on my harddrive. And given the artwork was online in a way it could be fetched using rsync it would also save gazilobytes of traffic.linden | +-artwork +-indra +-libraries -

As far as I know, we've only changed--what--five files from the 1.21.6 artwork with 1.1? I can throw together a zip for Windows pretty easily at least.
It'd be nice if we could make the artwork part of CMake.
