Logout: 1.2: new clothing is created in Lost and Found after logging back in

Repro:
- Logout of opensim
- Log back into opensim
- Open Lost and Found folder
- Observe: a new clothing item has been created. If you're not wearing an item of that type, it will be worn (might not repro consistently, but does frequently)
