Rebrand Non-English Language Menus

The non-English menus (both menu_viewer.xml and menu_login.xml) still say "Second Life" and have links to SL sites. Those should be rebranded. At the very least, they should show the English version of the rebranded menus.

Closing this. The non-English language menus all say "About Imprudence" and have the correct links and such, so I guess what I heard was incorrect or no longer apply.
Of course, the entries we've added/changed are all in English, but I'd rather have untranslated menus than insultingly bad translated menus. We can do proper translation and localization if/when we get volunteers for that.
