Change application data base dir

In 1.0.0 RC1, Imprudence uses the same base dir as the standard viewer for storing the cache, chat logs, settings, etc. This causes some unwanted side effects, and doesn't have the benefits I thought it might, so we should change it so Imprudence has its own base dir, separate from SL.
