(patch draft) right click menu cut/copy/paste for lllineeditor

the patch adds a cut/copy/paste context menu to lllineeditor. I titled "patch draft" because this is not done by xui but kind of hardwired. I dont think I'll get into xui-ing in the next some weeks, maybe instead someone who's already into xui gets interested in doing.
