Fix minor browser window issues

Browser window isn't closing when shortcut toggled, button layout needs some tweaking to fit right.

- State changed from “new” to “done”
This ended up being a bit more extensive than I'd originally planned. I also removed a lot of legacy junk from the browser window in the process.
