Search window is reset when opened

The Search window (Ctrl-F) is reset every time it is opened. This causes a brief (less than a second) freeze and clears out the previous search results.
On LL's distribution of the standard viewer, this does not occur. But, it does occur on my own compilations of the standard SL source, as well as in Imprudence.
I am at a loss as to the cause of it.

McCabe figured this out -- there was a bit of code in an #ifndef LL_RELEASE_FOR_DOWNLOAD section that was clearing the existing Search window instance whenever the window was toggled. Apparently someone at LL was using that for testing, or something.
Since we weren't compiling with that definition, it was compiling with that stupid code. The offending code has now been eliminated.
