Fix or disable loadWAV error messages for release builds

We should either fix or disable these error messages for release builds:
DEBUG: loadWAV: LLAudioBufferOpenAL::loadWAV() Error loading [DSF file] I/O error
They seem to be harmless... >_>

I've disabled just the error for missing files, since (as the comment there indicates) it is harmless, and very common.
