(patch) move AllowIdleAFK from advanced to prefs-general

as if prefs-general wasn't full enough ... lol ... the patch adds a new checkbox next to away timeout. I the idea to do so some days ago in the "little things that drive you nuts", reporter is ArminasX (so not me).
Short description why this is useful: when checked you afk when minimizing the window (former default). you also afk when using synergy (see sourceforge: share keyboard, mouse, clipboard and primary selection between several computers in a lan) and move the mouse pointer "to" another computer. Then afk-ing is annoying for anybody around you in world. So I defaulted to unchecked.
