Error when launching viewer from Windows installer

The Windows installer has an error if you try to have it launch the viewer after installation:
Unable to execute file: c:\Program Files\Imprudence\Imprudence.lnk
CreateProcess failed: code 193. %1 is not a valid Win32 Application.
This does not harm the installation (you can still start the viewer yourself), but it confuses users and makes them think installation failed.

McCabe says this is fixed for RC2.
