Fix windows building errors

So far, problems encountered:
install.xml points to outdated plugin list.CopyWinLibs.cmake needs updating.S3 can't access any windows files (access denied).OPENAL.cmake doesn't find openal32.lib and al.h points to wrong place.'install.xml doesn't allow capital letters in MD5 hash.
