Streams break when source switches

[0:03] Morgaine Dinova: 3) When two or more artists are using the same stream, and it doesn't break but it switches samplerate as their change their inputs to the Icecast host, then Impru either goes into chipmonk mode or growls (depending on the direction of change) and sometimes just goes totally silent.

There's no solid repro for this one that I've found, but several people have reported it. Will have to wait and see if more info pops up.
