Stopping streaming can cause the viewer to hang/crash

- [0:01] Morgaine Dinova: 1) When streams terminate, it always hangs for quite a while, 30s or more.
- [0:02] Morgaine Dinova: 2) When a stream is playing and you exit a zone, it sometimes hangs terminally and you have to forcibly terminate.

The loop's fixed in RC2, as is one cause of freezing, but another--when the viewer switches from a working stream to a dead/slow one with the play button enabled--still happens.
Actually, that's best lumped into http://imprudence.lighthouseapp.... so I'm going to resolve this as done. Putting GStreamer into its own thread should fix all of this mess.
