Chat history doesn't scroll in certain instances

#94

Repro:

  • Detach chat history in a crowded area.
  • Take focus off the window.
  • Click on your chat history right as someone speaks.
  • Observe: chat history position freezes at the second-to-last received chat rather than scrolling down.
