Define Viewer Version in XML

Recompiling the viewer just to change the version number/string is a pain in the behind, so we should have an XML (or some other type of file) containing the version number, to be loaded at run-time.
Bonus points for a script that automatically copies the version from the XML file to the other miscellaneous places where a version number is defined (e.g. Info-Imprudence.plist).
