Display partial UUID for Texture Info

In viewer versions prior to 1.21.6, Advanced > Rendering > Selected Texture Info displayed part of the UUID, in addition to some other information. We should bring that back.
Being able to see part of the UUID is useful for identifying possible texture theft without itself facilitating texture theft (since you'd need to know the whole UUID to use it in a script).
McCabe says there's a CV patch that brings back all the info, we could borrow and mod that to blank out the last 12 characters, or try to find the change LL made in 1.21.6 and revert it.
