requirements to compile gst-revamp on linux

this gave me a headache to figure out, so here a list of what is needed:

  • recent gstreamer headers
  • recent glib headers and libraries
  • glib moved glibconfig.h from /usr/include/glib-2.0/ to /usr/lib/glib-2.0/include in 2006(!!!). So it needs to be copied to the new linden/libraries/i686-linux/include/glib-2.0/ for a release-for-download build, too.
