Login screen Help menu needs to be rebranded

#16

The Help menu on the login screen needs to be rebranded, changing "Second Life" to "Imprudence", to match the menus that appear while logged in. Currently, it displays "Second Life Help" and "About Second Life".

It would also be good to add menu items for the Imprudence web site, wiki, and forums.
