Add the "Restore to World" to 1.1.0?

The option of restoring an object from your inv to inworld as described in http://svn.secondlife.com/trac/l... will be part of the 1.25 server release, scheduled for January 20th, 2009. This'll be a nice feature, and won't be part of the linden viewer until 1.23 earliest.
