Backporting the changes in llfloatertopobjects.cpp/floater_top_objects.xml still crashes, though. Will cast the net a little wider..

Codie was nice enough to make me an estate manager so I could look at this in the debugger.
The problem was in LLPumpIO::adjustTimeoutSeconds
