Font preferences / configuration

Add a new Preferences tab for configuring font sizes, and perhaps font faces.
Minimum requirements: A slider and/or spinner to select values for FontSizeHuge, FontSizeLarge, FontSizeMedium, FontSizeSmall, and FontSizeMono settings.
Bonus points: An embedded preview box with live updates to show the new font sizes/faces.
Mega bonus points: Update the font sizes in the whole UI without restarting the viewer.
Ultra bonus points: Hook into the operating system's native font selector window to allow user to pick font faces and sizes.
Infinite bonus points: Make buttons and other UI widgets dynamically resize to accomodate the font settings.
