Restore missing options from 1.23 merge

Some preferences got lost during the 1.23 merge:
- General > Use default system color picker
- General > Show search panel in overlay
- (Try to make this option more flexible, so you could choose to show the search panel, network bars, both, or neither.)
- Input & Camera > Camera Transition Time
- Input & Camera > Camera Smoothing
- Text Chat > Bubble Chat (checkbox and opacity slider)
- Text Chat > Play typing animation when chatting
- Text Chat > Show custom chat channel

More info: those general preferences were moved into the Advanced menu in 1.23. The input and camera preferences were removed entirely, and should really be restored. The text chat options are a bug. There are still several menu entries that need to be fixed in the Advanced menu, too (see llviewermenu.cpp).
