Rebranding

We need to rebrand the viewer and make sure it doesn't violate LL's trademark usage guidelines.
- Change the viewer window title to "Imprudence Viewer" instead of "Second Life".
- Change the viewer channel to "Imprudence" instead of "Second Life Release".
- Remove any trademarked images and icons.
- Possibly, change the login page.
