Disable use of proprietary libraries.
Reported by Jacek Antonelli | September 30th, 2008 @ 09:44 PM | in 1.0.0 RC1
By default, the viewer compiles with KDU and Fmod, and possibly the Vivox SDK, all of which are proprietary and thus incompatible with the GPL. Distributing a GPLed viewer linked to them would (probably) be a violation of copyright law. Which would be bad.
We need to modify the compile/package process to:
- Prevent the build process from linking to KDU and Fmod.
- Prevent them KDU and Fmod being packaged in the installer.
- Prevent the SLVoice executable from being packaged in the installer.
