Floater contents can overflow edges

If the contents of a floater extend past the edge of the floater (e.g. the contents are too wide), those contents are fully rendered, instead of being clipped to the floater's area. Example:
This blocks a proper solution for issue #47 (lower min size limit for texture preview floater).
A crude solution to this would be to use the OpenGL scissor test when rendering floater contents.
