Set gstreamer plugin path on Linux

The GST_PLUGIN_PATH environment variable should be set to point to the packaged directory on Linux. The path should be lib/gstreamer-plugins/, relative to the Imprudence directory. I think I'll set it in the wrapper script. But if GST_PLUGIN_PATH is already defined, I'll either leave it alone or append the new path.
