Fix the music button not playing

http://jira.secondlife.com/brows... is "fix pending." With media now supported, this is a fix that should really go into 1.1 (unless jacek disagrees?).

- State changed from “new” to “done”
- Title changed from “Backport fix for default media button” to “Fix the music button not playing”
There really wasn't a linden fix for this, so I went ahead and implemented my own. Changes:
- Streaming audio/video now enabled by default (that's enabled, not autoplay).
- Viewer prompts you only on first install, and only if you want to play audio/video right then (no closes instead of disables).
Seems a lot more straightforward, now.
