Ability to send multiple items

The user should be able to drag a selection of multiple items from inventory to another user's profile or to an IM window to send them.
If necessary, we should emulate this as sending each item one after the other. This is inefficient, so we should see if there's another way, and perhaps petition LL to add support for it.
Possibly we could dynamically create a folder, put the inventory items in it, transfer it, then move the inventory items back and delete the folder.
