(patch) artist/title metadata

see title. to do: instead of showing it as llinfos show it in the ui. e.g. as a llnotifybox or in chat or where ever useful.

... lol ... i assumed you already googeled that 2 lines missing ...
ok, to save more time, I just fast-forward what I trial-and-errored out: newview/llviewermedia handles -not- music streams, so adding an observer there is just useless. It's llaudio/audioengine which starts music streams and happens to have meta info prepared. The only way to get meta info out of there and to where it is useful seems to me to use global variables (well...point of view of a RL behavioural scientist, not a computer scientist, so maybe I'm wrong here). Since I have to take a break for some RL, I'm looking forward to see where the meta info pops up soon ...

ahhh I could not let go of it ... patch attached shows a title notifybox. Even nicer would be to have it integrated in the overlaybar as a llineditor so people can copy ... best with a history ...
