Clicking on IM windows automatically sends focus to the bottom

LL's assumption seems to be whenever you click on the chat history/an IM you always want to send a message, so the window scrolls to the bottom. There are obvious situations where this is undesirable.
Ideas: * Add [ >| ] type buttons to the scrollbar and never autoscroll. * New scrollbar artwork that gives a better indication of location. * Only autoscroll to the bottom when text entry field is clicked?
